Chessplaying Options

This page allows members to improve their skills by solving chess problems, or by playing chess against other club members on dedicated club server hosted by ChessBase, the German chess database specialists.

Play a Game

Pre-arrange a date and time with another club member. Then log on simultaneously and play a game against each other on the server. Much better than the internet, as you know who you are playing and that there is little chance of having an electronic opponent up against you!

Chess Problems

Why not try a few puzzles to sharpen your skills? Just click on the circular green arrow for more puzzles. There is an option to the left of and underneath the board to progress to harder puzzles, but be warned - these are not for the faint hearted!
